Venture Out at Gatlinburg is located adjacent to the Smoky Mountain National Park in Cosby, TN.  We are a resort community of full and part-time residents.  Please explore our website and contact us with any questions which may arise.

From time to time lots/homes are for sale by the private owners.  Please check the "Lots for Sale" link in the menu above.

Lot Owners can now register for access to the membership area of the website. You will need to request the access code and instructions from Allen Hendricks, Board Chair (and our current webmaster).

The Entertainment Committee (EC) would like to update the lot owners about their SUMMER PLANS.

May: The EC will not host anything due to two VO Park-sponsored events, the Annual Lot Owners' Dinner (May 4) and Memorial Day Dinner (May 25).

June 15th: The EC will hos a "Lot Owners Appreciation Dinner". We want to show our thanks for all the support you give us with donations for the yard sale, merchandise purchases and bingo games. We will be furnishing the entire dinner of hamburgers, baked beans, chips, salads, drinks and all the fixings. If any lot owners would like to bring desserts you are welcomed to.  There will be a a bonfire, music and s'mores after the dinner by the fire pit.

July 20th: Hawaiian Luau! The EC will furnish the meat, drinks and paper products. Lot owners are asked to bring Hawaiian side dishes. We also are asking lot owners who have fast track board to bring them for us to play after the luau.

August 17th: The EC will host an "End of Summer" dinner. We will be furnishing sandwiches, drinks and paper products. We will be asking lot owners to bring salads and desserts.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS AND JOIN THE FUN ALL SUMMER LONG!

Building permits are required for any and all changes to be made outside your homes.  Please see the office manager to submit your change/building requests for board approval.

Lot owners at Venture Out who need access to the member portion of our website should contact the office.  We will send the registration instructions and access code. An email address is required as part of your registration.
