Venture Out at Gatlinburg is located adjacent to the Smoky Mountain National Park in Cosby, TN.  We are a resort community of full and part-time residents.  Please explore our website and contact us with any questions which may arise.

From time to time lots/homes are for sale by the private owners.  Please check the "Lots for Sale" link in the menu above.

Lot Owners can now register for access to the membership area of the website. You will need to request the access code and instructions from Allen Hendricks, Board Chair (and our current webmaster).

Open board meeting on Nov. 15, 2025, 10:00 am in the Rec Hall. All lot owners are invited to attend.

Plan ahead, January meeting will be on the 10^th.  (No meeting in December.)

Annual Fall Festival on November 8, 2025

The Entertainment Committee is excited that the 3rd Annual Fall Festival will be held next Saturday, 11/08 from 1:00-4:00! This year we will be having a bouncy house, pet costume parade, a corn hole tournament, games for the kiddos, silent auction (many nice items) guessing game, and the all time favorite…..cake walk! We ask all lot owners who plan to attend to please bring either a homemade cake or store bought cake for the cake walk. As always the cake walk is $5 per person and you walk until you win a cake!

There will also be FREE popcorn and cotton candy for everyone!

Building permits are required for any and all changes to be made outside your homes.  Please see the office manager to submit your change/building requests for board approval.

Lot owners at Venture Out who need access to the member portion of our website should contact the office.  We will send the registration instructions and access code. An email address is required as part of your registration.
