Venture Out at Gatlinburg is located adjacent to the Smoky Mountain National Park in Cosby, TN. We are a resort community of full and part-time residents. Please explore our website and contact us with any questions which may arise.
From time to time lots/homes are for sale by the private owners. Please check the "Lots for Sale" link in the menu above.
Lot Owners can now register for access to the membership area of the website. You will need to request the access code and instructions from Allen Hendricks, Board Chair (and our current webmaster).

Our annual Lot Owners’ Meeting & Board Election will be on May 2, 2026, 1:00 pm, in the Rec Hall . You should receive your election information, proxy ballot, and instructions in the next monthly mailing.
Contact the office or a board member if you have questions about the election process. Every vote matters!!!
Our Annual Dinner will be that evening at 6:00 PM. We’re having a TACO FEAST. The park is supplying meat & taco makings, drinks, and paper supplies, etc. Lot owners are asked to bring side dishes and desserts.

2026 Events
Easter Luncheon: Please make plans to attend our Easter Luncheon on April 5, at 2:00 p.m. in the Rec Hall! The Entertainment Committee will be furnishing ham, drinks and paper products. Lot owners are asked to bring their favorite side dish or dessert . There will be activities for the children and an Easter Egg Hunt after the luncheon.

SPRING PROJECTS
Building permits are required for any and all changes to be made outside your homes. Please see the office manager to submit your change/building requests for board approval.
Construction Hours Expanded: Outside construction is allowed from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm every day. Plus, during Daylight Savings times it is allowed from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. This should especially help our weekenders to get more done during their time in the park.

Lot owners at Venture Out who need access to the member portion of our website should contact the office. We will send the registration instructions and access code. An email address is required as part of your registration.
